Applied AI Engineer
We're seeking an Applied AI Engineer with a strong background in either semiconductor/hardware design, EDA tools or AI-driven enterprise software. You'll be at the intersection of AI and hardware, empowering customers to integrate and maximize the value of our AI-powered solutions.
This role is perfect for someone early in their career who’s excited to dive deep into applied AI. You’ll help translate research into real product features, contribute to experimentation pipelines and fine tuning and learn how to ship robust AI applications in production environments. You’ll grow your skills fast in a hands-on, high-impact environment.

Key Responsibilities​

Assist with model evaluation, prompt design, fine-tuning, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).

Help design Prototypes and Proof of Concepts that showcase the potential of new product capabilities.

Work cross-functionally with product and design to ensure user-centric AI experiences.

Contribute to codebases written in Python (and possibly TypeScript for full-stack prototyping).

Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and model selection discussions.

Participate in analyzing Technical Specifications in Semiconductor and Hardware System Domains.

Who You Are

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Engineering, or related field with strong educational background from premier institutes.

3-5 years experience in Semiconductor IP development, Verification, EDA tools, or SW code development.

Strong programming skills in Python; familiarity with Jupyter notebooks, APIs, and CLI tools.

Exposure to LLMs or language models (via OpenAI API, Hugging Face, LangChain, etc.).

Basic understanding of how models are evaluated and fine-tuned.

Eagerness to build working systems and enjoy coding things that ship.

Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.

Self-motivated with a passion for AI-driven enterprise applications.

Excellent communication skills and a strong team-first mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

Internship or academic project experience with LLMs, NLP, or Gen AI.

Experience working with prompt engineering, vector databases or RAG pipelines.

Contributions to open-source AI tools or personal ML projects on GitHub.

Familiarity with Semiconductor/Hardware Design flows and Industry Standards.
